Day 25. Hornillos - Castrojeriz. 20.2 km.

It was not easy to leave El Molina, but after breakfast the owner drove us back to town to start our walk.  The scenery is beautiful in a different way, very dry, no shade, very quiet but lovely towns.  Castrojeriz is beautiful with its medieval walls and churches.

After a long day of walking, Dick hiked up this old moorish castle and enjoyed its history and amazing views.

We again met up with Val, Peter, Erik, Pat, Susan and this time with Jeff and Christina for dinner.
