A very lovely walk today from one village to another. The little villages are picturesque and quintessential Spanish. The landscape, was also very beautiful.
We enjoyed meeting our youngest pilgrimas, first Ochman from Madrid a ten year old. Then we ran into 13 month old Olivia travelling with her mother from Taiwan and dad from Englad. They live in Australia.
Most of the Spanish travelers do the camino in segments. They walk for a week and then return again the following year. It is fun to walk with them and chat up. We are still very thrilled about the experience of being here and enjoying the hospitality of the Spaniards.
We are staying in a 14th century pilgrim hospital. It is renovated beautifully.
